1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 cup rolled oats

Steps:

  • Clean and dry a 1-quart Mason jar and lid. Combine M&M's® and chocolate chips in a small bowl; set aside.
