MANDY'S SIMPLE SALSA FOR NACHOS
This is my salsa recipe, I came up with this after many visits to Taco Bill & it tastes just like theirs. It is sooo simple to make but just perfect for Nacho's, much better than any in a jar in my opinion. If you like things extra spicy add more chilli if desired. Leftovers can be frozen too but will be more watery upon defrosting.

Tips:
- Use ripe tomatoes: The riper the tomatoes, the sweeter and more flavorful your salsa will be.
- Choose the right type of tomatoes: Roma tomatoes are a good choice for salsa because they are meaty and have fewer seeds.
- Chop the tomatoes finely: This will help the salsa to have a smooth consistency.
- Add some acidity: A squeeze of lime juice or a splash of vinegar will help to brighten up the flavors in the salsa.
- Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and cumin to taste. You can also add other spices, such as chili powder or garlic powder, if you like.
- Chill the salsa before serving: This will help the flavors to meld together.
- Serve with your favorite toppings: Salsa is great with tortilla chips, nachos, tacos, burritos, and more.
Conclusion:
This salsa is a quick and easy way to add some flavor to your next meal. It is also a great way to use up extra tomatoes. With its fresh, zesty flavor, this salsa is sure to be a hit with everyone at your table. So next time you are looking for a simple and delicious salsa recipe, give this one a try.
