1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.

2 large egg whites, room temperature
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons water
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon zest

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Stir in the egg, egg whites, pumpkin, oil and water until well blended. , Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

4 cups confectioners' sugar
30 pumpkin-shaped candies

1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup shortening
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup water
2 (1/4 ounce) packages yeast
2 large eggs, beaten
4 3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons mapleine

Steps:
