  • Use fresh herbs and spices: Herbs like dill, thyme, and parsley add a burst of flavor to baked fish. Don't be afraid to experiment with different combinations to find your favorite.
  • Don't overcook the fish: Fish is delicate and cooks quickly. Overcooking will make it dry and tough. A good rule of thumb is to bake fish for 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness.
  • Use a good quality mayonnaise: Not all mayonnaise is created equal. Choose a brand that is made with high-quality ingredients and has a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Get creative with your toppings: Once the fish is baked, you can top it with a variety of things, such as bread crumbs, grated cheese, or chopped nuts. This is a great way to add extra flavor and texture to your dish.
