2 each multigrain and flax flatbreads (such as Flatout®)
½ cup hummus
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup slice red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced green bell pepper
¼ cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
1 sprig fresh dill, chopped, or to taste

Steps:

  • Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Place flatbreads on a broiling pan.
  • Broil in the preheated oven for 3 to 5 minutes. Turn the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

4 flat breads (6 inch)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup hummus
1 small zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, sliced crosswise into half-moons
2 roasted red bell peppers, chopped
1 jar (7.5 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
2/3 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1 package (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Place flat breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Drizzle each with oil. Bake 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Spread each flat bread with hummus. Top each with zucchini, roasted peppers, artichokes, olives and cheese.

2 whole wheat flatbreads
2 tablespoons pepper infused olive oil plus more
for drizzling when serving
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup shredded asiago
1/4 cup shredded pecorino
1/4 cup shredded parmesan plus more to
sprinkle when serving
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 kalamata olives, sliced
1 roasted red bell pepper, sliced
16 marinated artichoke quarters, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons fresh basil, cut into ribbons

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drizzle the pepper infused olive oil over the flatbreads and bake at the top of the oven on a baking sheet for 4 minutes. Return pizzas to oven and bake for 8 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven. Top each pizza with half of the basil ribbons. Slice and serve with extra pepper infused oil and parmesan.
