This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law and always goes fast! Cream cheese at the base of the dip makes it extra thick and scoopable. Seasoned beef and vegetables make it extra filling and tasty! You may want to prepare two batches. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.

Tips:

  • Choose the right cheese blend. A combination of cheddar, Monterey Jack, and cream cheese creates a smooth, creamy dip that's perfect for dipping tortilla chips, vegetables, or crackers. You can also use other Mexican-style cheeses, such as queso Oaxaca or queso fresco, if you prefer.
  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your dip will taste. Choose ripe tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños, and use freshly ground beef for the best flavor.
  • Don't overcook the beef. Cook the ground beef until it's just browned, but not overcooked. Overcooked beef will be tough and chewy.
  • Season the dip to taste. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder to taste. You can also add other spices, such as cumin, garlic powder, or onion powder, if you like.
  • Serve the dip warm. Mexican cheese and hamburger dip is best served warm, right out of the oven. You can also keep it warm in a slow cooker on low heat.

Conclusion:

Mexican cheese and hamburger dip is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that's perfect for any party or gathering. With its creamy, cheesy texture and flavorful ground beef, this dip is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a crowd-pleasing snack, give this recipe a try.
