1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup crumbled goat cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
