1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
4 (8 inch) flour tortillas

1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano

2 eggs
1 cup fresh breadcrumb
1 (4 ounce) can taco sauce, your desired heat level
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, heated
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
1/4 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
