- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

- 1. Brown hamburger with onions in skillet. Add seasoning, diced tomatoes and black beans. Heat through and pour into a 13x9" pan. (You can add hot sauce to make this more spicy. I like it mild!)
