Tips:

  • Activate the yeast properly: To ensure the yeast is active and ready to use, follow the instructions on the packet. Typically, you'll need to dissolve the yeast in warm water (105-115°F) with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh milk, honey, and butter will result in a tastier and more flavorful bread. If possible, use organic or high-quality ingredients for the best results.
  • Knead the dough properly: Kneading the dough is an essential step that helps develop the gluten and give the bread its structure. Knead the dough for at least 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: The dough needs time to rise and double in size. Place the dough in a warm place, such as a turned-off oven with a bowl of hot water, to create a warm and humid environment for the dough to rise.
  • Bake the bread at a high temperature: To achieve a golden brown crust and a fluffy interior, bake the bread at a high temperature (375-400°F) for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
