FROZEN MINTED LEMONADE

Frozen Minted Lemonade image

We had a nonalcoholic "bar" at our corporate summer picnic this year, and this was one of the most requested drinks. People came back for seconds, thirds, fourths.... Some might like more mint than the recipe calls for and some might like less. Quick and easy, I blend it up right before dinner and it is really refreshing! (Add 2 oz. of Vodka or Rum and it is a fabulous cocktail as well!)

MINTED LEMONADE

Minted Lemonade image

This is a friend's recipe for his favourite lemonade. I'm not a fan of lemonade myself, I just like the combination of lemon and mint, so I can't say if the amount of sugar is right or not and how much water is necessary to reach the desired strongness... You have to try which amount you like. Cook time is chilling time.
