Tips:

- For the best flavor, use a variety of olives, such as Kalamata, Niçoise, and Castelvetrano. - If you can't find caper berries, you can substitute regular capers. However, caper berries are milder and have a more complex flavor. - Use a good quality olive oil. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish. - If you don't have time to marinate the olives, you can simply toss them with the dressing and serve immediately. However, marinating the olives for at least 30 minutes will allow the flavors to develop and meld together. - Serve the olives as an appetizer or side dish. They are also a great addition to salads, sandwiches, and pizzas.
