Tips:

  • Use a variety of seeds: This will give your bread a more complex flavor and texture. Some good options include chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  • Soak the seeds before using them: This will help them to absorb water and become softer. You can soak them in water for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Use a good quality bread flour: Bread flour has a higher protein content than all-purpose flour, which will give your bread a better rise and texture.
  • Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing the dough will make it tough. Mix it just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place: This will help it to double in size. You can let it rise in a warm oven or in a warm spot in your kitchen.
  • Bake the bread until it is golden brown: This will ensure that it is cooked through.
