Hot espresso shot (1 1/2 ounces)
2 ounces chilled vodka
Ice cubes
Heavy cream

Steps:

  • Combine chocolate and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Pour espresso shot over chocolate mixture; stir until smooth. Add vodka and a few ice cubes. Shake vigorously several times, then strain into a chilled martini glass. 1 1/2 cups cold heavy cream
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
6 ounces coffee liqueur
4 ounces peppermint liqueur
Grated chocolate, for garnish, optional

Steps:

  • Pour the espresso into ice cubes trays and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
