¾ cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 zucchini, shredded
1 (8 ounce) container lemon yogurt
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
⅓ cup lemon juice
¼ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons lemon zest

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups, or line with paper muffin liners.
