MOM'S CREAMY CHEESY BERRY SALAD DRESSING
Easiest and yummiest dressing ever. Discovered when my mother was having a dinner party and didn't have enough salad dressing. It may seem like a strange combination to some, but please give it a try. I don't think you'll be sorry. We have found it tastes best over a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, walnuts or pecans and red onion. Yum! It's a bonus that it's extremely low in fat too!! Oh yes, and if you don't have blue cheese dressing, it works wonders with ranch! You can also use any berry vinegarette such as raspberry walnut. Our favorite: Ken's Steak House Fat Free Raspberry Pecan. Please also note that no matter how I tried, I could not get Zaar to recognize the raspberry pecan salad dressing wo it is not computed in the nutritional value.

BERRY SALAD DRESSING
Sweet and yummy great on any lettuce or spinach salad. Sorry I don't measure, I tried to fudge--if you're good, you'll figure it out--if not, keep trying! Anyways, for a full bowl of salad- I will use a 1C measuring cup and prepare the dressing in that.

MY MOM'S SALAD DRESSING
I grew up in the south, and this is the only dressing I knew existed until I was grown. I eat others now, but I still use this one a lot. It's sweet-tart, creamy. Very good.

MOM'S SALAD DRESSING
WARNING: This salad dressing might not fit your tastes. Proceed with caution! :) My brother and I had one choice of dressing for our salads growing up...Mom's. I've tried for years to get her to give up the recipe but all she would say is "Sissy, I don't measure. You have to make this one from your memories." This is my attempt to create the dressing I grew up with and loved! It's not for everyone but it sure is a hit in our family. (My brother pretty much refuses to eat any salad without it.) Thanks Mom!

Tips:
- Use fresh berries: Fresh berries will give your dressing the best flavor. If you can't find fresh berries, you can use frozen berries, but be sure to thaw them completely before using.
- Choose a variety of berries: Using a variety of berries will give your dressing a more complex flavor. Some good combinations include strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
- Use a good quality cheese: The cheese you use will also have a big impact on the flavor of your dressing. Use a cheese that is flavorful and creamy, such as cream cheese, sour cream, or goat cheese.
- Add some herbs or spices: Herbs and spices can add a nice touch of flavor to your dressing. Some good options include basil, mint, thyme, or rosemary. You can also add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Let the dressing chill before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
Conclusion:
This creamy cheesy berry salad dressing is a delicious and versatile dressing that can be used on a variety of salads. It is also a great way to use up fresh berries. With its sweet and tangy flavor, this dressing is sure to please everyone at your table.
