1 (14 3/4 ounce) can red salmon, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • To make the sauce, in a small stainless steel or glass bowl, stir together mayonnaise, garlic, and paprika. Set aside.
