Tips:

- Use fresh Mountain Dew for the best flavor. Flat Mountain Dew will not work well. - If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using. - Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the cupcakes tough. - Fill the cupcake liners only 2/3 full. The cupcakes will rise as they bake. - Bake the cupcakes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting them. - For a fun and festive touch, decorate the cupcakes with Mountain Dew candy or gummy bears.

Conclusion:

These Mountain Dew cupcakes are a fun and easy treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. The cupcakes are moist and flavorful, and the frosting is light and fluffy. The Mountain Dew flavor is subtle but definitely noticeable.
