Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. Fresh, flavorful ingredients will make your dish taste better. Especially for this recipe, make sure to use fresh bell peppers and celery and good-quality chicken broth.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. When cooking the rice, make sure to spread it out in an even layer in the pan. This will help it cook evenly.
- Cook the rice until it is tender. The rice should be cooked through but still have a slight bite to it. If it's too mushy, it will be overcooked.
- Add the vegetables and chicken at the end. This will prevent them from overcooking and becoming tough.
