Tips:

  • To make the muffins extra moist, use ripe bananas. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and moister the muffins will be.
  • Mash the bananas well before adding them to the batter. This will help to incorporate them evenly and prevent them from clumping.
  • Be sure to measure the oats correctly. Too much oats will make the muffins dry and dense.
  • If you don't have any baking powder, you can substitute 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffins tough.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will usually take about 20 minutes.
  • Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before eating them. This will help them to set and prevent them from falling apart.

Conclusion:

These muffin tin banana oat muffins are a delicious and healthy snack or breakfast option. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like them with nuts, chocolate chips, or berries, these muffins are sure to be a hit. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy snack, give these muffins a try!
