EXTRA CHEESY LASAGNA FOR ROY
I don't eat lasagna myself but I do make it on occasion for my family. When we used to live in this little side by side duplex, I swear that my neigbor Roy could smell it through the walls. I still make it every time I go down to see him and his girlfriend. And yes it does say 2 lbs of mozarella. The man loves his lasagna cheesy.

Tips:
- Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your lasagna will taste. This is especially true for the cheese and sauce.
- Don't overcook the noodles: Lasagna noodles should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite. Overcooked noodles will become mushy and ruin the texture of your lasagna.
- Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of different cheeses will give your lasagna a more complex and flavorful taste. Some good options include mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and Asiago.
- Don't skimp on the sauce: Sauce is one of the most important components of lasagna. Make sure to use a flavorful sauce that you enjoy. You can use a store-bought sauce or make your own.
- Layer the lasagna properly: The order of the layers is important in lasagna. Start with a layer of sauce, then noodles, then cheese, then meat, then sauce, and so on. Repeat the layers until you reach the top of the pan.
- Bake the lasagna until it is bubbly and golden brown: Lasagna should be baked until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is golden brown. This usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest before serving: Lasagna needs to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the lasagna to set.
Conclusion:
Lasagna is a classic Italian dish that is loved by people all over the world. It is a versatile dish that can be made with a variety of ingredients. With a little planning and effort, you can make a delicious lasagna that will impress your family and friends.
