2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt PLUS
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground White or Black Pepper
Chopped Fresh Chives for Garnish (Optional)

Steps:

  • Over medium heat, melt the butter in a small saute or sauce pan.
