Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree will give your muffins a more vibrant color and flavor than canned puree.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make the muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: This will help them to hold their shape.
  • Serve the muffins warm or at room temperature: Pumpkin cornbread muffins are best served warm or at room temperature.

Conclusion:

These pumpkin cornbread muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make fall treat. They're perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. They're also a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy recipe, give these pumpkin cornbread muffins a try. You won't be disappointed!
