Tips:

  • Use fresh pecans. Fresh pecans have a sweeter flavor and a better texture than stale pecans.
  • Toast the pecans before using them. Toasting the pecans will help to bring out their flavor and make them more crispy.
  • Use a light-colored honey. A light-colored honey will not overpower the flavor of the pecans.
  • Add the cinnamon and sugar while the pecans are still hot. This will help the cinnamon and sugar to adhere to the pecans.
  • Let the pecans cool completely before serving. This will help the cinnamon and sugar to set.

Conclusion:

Nelda's Cinnamon Pecans are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or dessert. They are perfect for parties, potlucks, or just to enjoy at home. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a sweet and crunchy treat that everyone will love.
