This banana bread is moist, flavourful, and has never failed me yet. I have used it for the past ten years, making it every time I have some bananas to use up. To change it up a bit, try substituting the butter for peanut butter, or add a swirl of cheesecake batter in the middle. You'll find lots of ways to serve up tasty banana bread to your family. Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter your bread will be.
  • Measure your flour correctly: Too much flour will make your bread dry and dense.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing will make your bread tough.
  • Bake your bread at the right temperature: If your oven is too hot, the outside of your bread will burn before the inside is cooked through.
  • Let your bread cool completely before slicing it: This will help prevent it from crumbling.
