Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
  • If you don't have sweetened condensed milk, you can make your own by simmering 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of butter in a saucepan over low heat until thickened.
  • Be sure to use unsweetened coconut flakes, as sweetened coconut flakes will make the chews too sweet.
  • If you don't have a candy thermometer, you can test the temperature of the chocolate by dropping a small amount into a glass of cold water. If the chocolate hardens immediately, it is ready to use.
  • Chews can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

No-bake choco-nut chews are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking.
