Tips:

  • Use a pre-made graham cracker crust: This will save you time and energy, and it will also ensure that your pie crust is perfectly cooked.
  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature: This will make it easier to mix and will help to prevent lumps in your filling.
  • Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling: Pumpkin pie filling already has spices added to it, which can overpower the other flavors in your pie.
  • Don't overmix your filling: Overmixing can make your filling tough and dense.
  • Chill your pie for at least 4 hours before serving: This will help the filling to set and will make it easier to slice.

Conclusion:

This No-Bake Double Layer Pumpkin Pie is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It's easy to make, delicious, and sure to impress your guests. With its creamy pumpkin filling and graham cracker crust, this pie is a classic that everyone will love. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give this No-Bake Double Layer Pumpkin Pie a try. You won't be disappointed!
