1/2 tsp. coconut oil*

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, add the peanut butter and honey and microwave in 30-second increments until the mixture is smooth enough to easily stir together.
  • Add in the quick oats, salt, and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Slowly add in the cereal, making sure to mix well.
  • Scoop mixture into prepared baking sheet and flatten down with hands or pastry roller.

1 1/2 cups Cascadian Farm™ organic oats & honey granola
1 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic raspberry fruit spread

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375° F. Grease 8-inch square pan. In large bowl, beat egg white, butter, brown sugar, canola oil and vanilla with spoon until creamy.
  • Beat in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in granola.
  • Press about two-thirds of the dough in bottom of pan. Spread spreadable fruit over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. Crumble remaining one-third of dough on top of the fruit.
