Tips for Making No-Crust Pumpkin Pie:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree: Fresh pumpkin puree will give your pie a richer flavor than canned puree. To make your own puree, simply roast a pumpkin until tender, then scoop out the flesh and blend it until smooth.
  • Don't overbeat the eggs: Overbeating the eggs will make your pie tough. Just whisk them until they are well combined.
  • Bake the pie in a water bath: This will help to prevent the pie from cracking. To create a water bath, place the pie dish inside a larger baking dish filled with hot water.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set properly.

Conclusion:

No-crust pumpkin pie is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for fall gatherings. With its creamy, pumpkin filling and flaky crust, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone. So next time you're looking for a delicious and festive dessert, give no-crust pumpkin pie a try.
