NO DOUGH MEAT CRUST PIZZA FOR THE LOW CARB DIETER

No Dough Meat Crust Pizza for the Low Carb Dieter image

Tastes like a pizza, cuts like a pizza, yet there is no dough....though do have a fork and knife on hand for eating purposes because it can get a little messy if eaten with hands only. I am a South Beach dieter with a love for Italian foods and this is what curbs my craving for pizza. I love mine with the turkey pepperoni slices, onion, green peppers and mushroom. Serve with a tossed salad or marinated veggies.

NO DOUGH PIZZA LOW CARB CREAM CHEESE PIZZA CRUST

NO Dough Pizza Low Carb Cream Cheese Pizza Crust image

Low Carb The "Crust" is soft so this is actually more of a casserole dish but the flavor is there. I used Minced Garlic from a Jar rather than Garlic Powder. For the Pizza Sauce I used leftover Kittencal's Pizza Sauce Recipe #65641 that had been frozen after a previous pizza prep . This recipe was Posted On Facebook by a Friend of a Friend of a Friend!

Tips:

  • For the best results, use a high-quality cream cheese. This will ensure that your pizza crust is smooth and creamy.
  • Make sure that the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before you start making the crust. This will help it to mix evenly with the other ingredients.
  • If you are using a pre-made pizza sauce, be sure to taste it before you use it. You may want to add some additional seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian seasoning, to taste.
  • If you are using fresh mozzarella cheese, be sure to slice it thinly. This will help it to melt evenly on the pizza.
  • Bake the pizza until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. This will usually take about 10-12 minutes.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help to prevent the cheese from running off the pizza.

Conclusion:

No-dough pizza is a quick and easy way to enjoy a delicious, low-carb pizza. With just a few simple ingredients, you can have a pizza that is ready to eat in under 30 minutes.
