NUTELLA FUDGE BONBONS
These look so delicious. I can't wait to try them. Found this recipe at stolenmomentscooking.com. I am assuming the chocolate chips are of the semi-sweet variety and guessing the number of servings. The author said you can replace the nutella with peanut butter if desired.

Steps:
- Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat in a sauce pan, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat once fully melted and stir in 2 T. nutella.
- Add sweetened, condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Add flour a 1/2 Cup at a time until fully incorporated. (If it gets to hard to stir together in the pot, pour onto parchment paper or aluminum foil and knead until combined.)

- Take about a tablespoon of dough and flatten.
- Spoon some nutella into the center and form dough around it, rolling into a ball.

CHOCOLATE NUTELLA FUDGE
This recipe is a twist on the usual fudges out there. I didn't have enough chocolate on hand, so I came up with a worthy substitution. I think it's a winner-no complaints at my house.

Steps:
- Butter an 8" square pan.
- Optional step: spread walnuts out on a sheet of foil and pop into 350* oven for 5-8 minutes, until nuts are golden and fragrant. Coarsely chop nuts and set aside.
- In a 1 quart glass bowl, combine the chocolate chips, Nutella, sweetened condensed milk, and salt in a bowl.
- Microwave (HIGH) mixture for 3 minutes, taking it out halfway through and stirring well and returning it for the remaining time. I needed the whole 3 minutes.
- Carefully remove hot bowl and stir in vanilla and nuts(if desired).
- Pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours. It sets up almost immediately.
- After it's been chilled, score and cut fudge into bite size pieces. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients. The better the quality of your ingredients, the better your bonbons will taste.
- Make sure your Nutella is at room temperature. This will make it easier to mix and will help the bonbons set properly.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the bonbons tough.
- Chill the batter for at least 30 minutes before shaping. This will help the bonbons hold their shape.
- When shaping the bonbons, work quickly. The warmer the batter gets, the more difficult it will be to shape.
- If the bonbons start to stick to your hands, wet your hands with cold water.
- Store the bonbons in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Conclusion:
Nutella fudge bonbons are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion.
