1 (16 ounce) box spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb peeled and deveined large shrimp, butterflied
1 (8 ounce) jar pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
1 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoons butter (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the liquid. Transfer to a large bowl or platter.
  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add the garlic. Cook, stirring, until golden, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp; cook, stirring, until just pink, about 1 minute. Stir in olives and white wine; heat to a simmer, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet with tongs; place on hot pasta. Add the reserved pasta water to the skillet; heat until slightly thickened, about 6 minutes. Whisk in butter, 1 tablespoon at a time. Pour sauce over pasta and shrimp; add chopped parsley. Toss to combine.

1lb peeled and devained large shrimp.
1/2 cup olive oil
12oz jar marinated artichoke harts
1 lemon
1 whole red pepper chopped
4 whole scallions chopped
handful of grape tomatos halved
1 package of thin spaghetti
1/2 cup all purpose flour
8oz parmigiano shredded
handful basil leaves
1 sm jar calamato olives seeded
handful pinenuts
1/2 cup vermoth
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • first peel and devain shrimp wash peeled shrimp and squeeze lemon over shrimp season with salt and pepper and set aside. in a food processor add olives, basil, pine nuts and, parmigano and 1/4 cup olive oil salt and pepper and process into a paste when done take half the mixture and put it in with the shrimp work it in with your hand to cover all the shrimp boil pasta according to package instructions in a saute pan add saute artichoke red pepper and scallions in alittle olive oil add 1 table spoon of the tapenade to the pan saute until tender and remove to a plate set aside drench the shrimp in flour and prepare to saute in the same pan add remaining olive oil and saute the shrimp in one layer until brown do not over cook turning once remove cooked shrimp onto a plate and season with salt and pepper in the same pan remove excess oil and return the suted vegtables to pan saute alittle longer than add the vermoth and deglazing the pan scrape pan to get all the bits up add cooked pasta to pan and tomatos and remaining tapenade mix and cook for 1 more minute. to serve put pasta mixture in a plate and top with the shrimp serve parmigiano on top

24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb linguine
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons real butter (unsalted)
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
3 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
salt
fresh coarse ground black pepper or lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
1 fresh lemon
lemon zest

Steps:

  • Boil pasta in salted water; remove from heat just before pasta reaches al dente.
  • Heat skillet on medium; add olive oil & garlic, When heated thru add shrimp and butter - cook for 2 minutes and add lemon zest. Gently toss shrimp with garlic until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat.
  • Drain pasta; return to pan.
  • Add shrimp, garlic, butter, olive oil, Italian seasoning, sesame seed, salt and pepper (or lemon pepper seasoning, if you prefer) - to taste.
  • Toss well with fresh squeezed lemon juice and serve immediately with salad and Italian bread.

One 6-ounce can tuna, packed in water, drained
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/3 cup pitted brine-cured olives, such as Kalamata (about 16)
1/3 cup pitted ripe green olives, such as Picholine (about 18)
Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons plus 1/3 cup roughly chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, plus whole sprigs for garnish

Steps:

1 zucchini, chopped

4 teaspoons lemon juice, divided

3 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, chopped
