1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
8 ounce container Cool Whip
20 ounce can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

  • Combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes and then fold in the Cool Whip. Tips:

  • Select ripe and juicy oranges: Using ripe oranges will ensure the salad has a sweet and tangy flavor. Look for oranges that are heavy for their size and have a deep orange color.
  • Use a variety of fruits: To create a colorful and flavorful salad, use a variety of fruits. Some good options include strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, and mango.
  • Use fresh mint or basil: Fresh herbs, such as mint or basil, can add a refreshing flavor to the salad. Chop the herbs finely before adding them to the salad.
  • Make the dressing ahead of time: The dressing for the salad can be made ahead of time, which will save you time when you're ready to assemble the salad. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Serve the salad chilled: For the best flavor, serve the salad chilled. You can chill the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving, or you can make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
