Tips:
- To ensure the orange roughy fillets remain moist and flaky during cooking, it's crucial to not overcrowd the pan. Make sure there's enough space between each fillet so they can cook evenly without steaming.
- Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the orange roughy fillets. To ensure they are cooked through, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F (63°C).
- Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic and butter in the sauce according to your personal preference. For a more intense garlic flavor, add an extra clove or two. If you prefer a richer sauce, use more butter.
- Serve the orange roughy with your favorite sides. Some popular options include roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
