It has a few more spices and is very delicious! Preparation time is also including the marinating and cooking time is to your doneness for grilling.

  • You can use a variety of liquids to make the marinade, such as red wine, white wine, vinegar, or citrus juice.
  • Be sure to add some herbs and spices to the marinade for flavor. Some good options include garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Once the steak is marinated, cook it over high heat to sear the outside and lock in the juices.

Conclusion:

Whether you are grilling, pan-frying, or oven-baking your steak, marinating it in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper will help to tenderize and enhance the flavor of the meat.
