These cookies are a great way to use up leftover chocolate chips and toffee bits.

I'm not a big fan of toffee, but I still enjoyed these cookies. The chocolate chips helped to balance out the sweetness of the toffee.

This is the best kookie brittle recipe I've ever tried! The cookies are so thin and crispy, and the chocolate and toffee bits are the perfect touch of sweetness. I will definitely be making this again and again.
