1 package kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup canola oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour into a 9x13" baking pan.
  • Cook in oven, covered with foil for approximately 1 hour.

4 -6 large potatoes, chunked
2 large onions, sliced
1 lb kielbasa, sliced
Pam cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam) until well coated.
  • Place cut up potatoes, onions, and kielbasa in the baking dish.
  • Place baking dish in the oven.
  • Cover with foil.
  • After 30 minutes remove baking dish from the oven.
  • Remove foil and stir the vegetables and meat.
  • Return the baking dish back to the oven, without the foil, and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven; stir and serve.
