I often fix this meat loaf since it's such a time-saver. It's also great in summer because I don't need to heat up the oven.-Becky Cain, Hutchinson, Kansas

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add my own personal touches. I usually add some chopped onion and garlic to the meat mixture, and I top it with a mixture of ketchup and brown sugar. It's always a hit with my family.

I've tried this recipe several times, and I can't seem to get it right. The meatloaf always turns out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

This recipe is a little bland for my taste. I added some extra spices and seasonings, and it was much better. Next time, I'll also try adding some chopped vegetables to the mix.

I was really impressed with how moist this meatloaf was. I've made meatloaf in the oven before, and it always turns out dry. But this microwave version was so moist and flavorful. I'll definitely be making it again.

I love that this recipe is so versatile. You can add different spices and seasonings to change up the flavor. I've even made a vegetarian version by using black beans instead of ground beef.

This meatloaf is a great way to use up leftover ground beef. I usually add some chopped vegetables to the mix, like carrots, celery, and onions. It's a great way to get some extra veggies into my family's diet.

This recipe is a game-changer for me. I used to hate making meatloaf because it was so time-consuming. But now that I can make it in the microwave, I make it all the time. It's so easy and convenient, and it tastes just as good as the traditional ove

I was skeptical about how a meatloaf cooked in the microwave would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was moist and flavorful, and the ketchup glaze gave it a nice caramelized crust. Definitely a keeper recipe.
