Tips:

  • Preheat the oven: Make sure your oven is fully preheated to the desired temperature before adding the pancake batter. This will help ensure that the pancakes cook evenly.
  • Use a good quality baking sheet: A dark-colored or nonstick baking sheet will help the pancakes cook evenly and prevent them from sticking.
  • Spread the batter evenly: Pour the pancake batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Make sure the batter is not too thick or too thin.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet: Leave some space between each pancake so that they have room to cook properly.
  • Bake the pancakes until golden brown: Bake the pancakes in the preheated oven for the recommended amount of time, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the pancakes.
  • Serve immediately: Oven-baked pancakes are best served immediately, while they are still warm and fluffy. You can top them with your favorite toppings, such as butter, syrup, fruit, or whipped cream.
