1 lb green beans
2 teaspoons salt, plus more for seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
1 cup beer
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
6 green onions, coarsely chopped (whites only)
4 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Steps:

Simply divine.

1 cup japanese mayonnaise, we used Kewpie brand (regular mayo will do the trick)
