2 teaspoons seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds fresh tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
