Number Of Ingredients 5

12 ounces (2 boneless filets) salmon
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with a greased piece of aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon fillets onto the foil, sprinkle with basil, top with tomato slices, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the salmon is opaque in the center, and the Parmesan cheese is lightly browned on top, about 20 minutes.
  • Note: Aluminum foil helps keep food moist, ensures it cooks evenly, keeps leftovers fresh, and makes clean-up easy.
