Tips:

- To ensure the scallops are perfectly seared, pat them dry with paper towels before cooking. This will help them brown evenly and prevent them from steaming. - Use a heavy-bottomed skillet or griddle for searing the scallops. This will help distribute the heat evenly and prevent the scallops from sticking. - Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Do not overcrowd the skillet or griddle, as this will cause the scallops to steam rather than sear. - If you are using frozen scallops, thaw them completely before cooking. Thawed scallops will cook more evenly and consistently than frozen scallops. - Turkey bacon is a healthier alternative to traditional pork bacon. It is lower in fat and calories, and it has a milder flavor. - Fresh spinach is best for this recipe. If you are using frozen spinach, thaw it completely and squeeze out any excess water before adding it to the skillet. - Serve the pan-seared scallops with turkey bacon and spinach immediately. This dish is best enjoyed hot.

Conclusion:

Pan-seared scallops with turkey bacon and spinach is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The scallops are seared to perfection and the turkey bacon and spinach add a delicious flavor and texture. This dish is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
