PARTY CHICKEN AND PASTA SALAD
I got this from a Pillsbury magazine. This recipe is a perfect pot luck dish! It can be made healthier by using low cal or fat free mayonaise and reduced sodium soy sauce. I use the red grapes because the color really stands out in the presentation.

Tips:
- Use a variety of ingredients: Don't be afraid to experiment with different proteins, vegetables, and dressings. The more variety you have, the more interesting your salad will be.
- Cook your pasta al dente: This means that the pasta should be cooked through but still have a slightly firm bite to it. Overcooked pasta will be mushy and ruin the texture of your salad.
- Let your salad cool before serving: This will help to prevent the dressing from becoming too oily or watery. If you're making the salad ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Use a light hand with the dressing: You don't want to drown your salad in dressing. A light drizzle is all you need to enhance the flavor of the ingredients.
- Serve your salad immediately: Pasta salad is best when served fresh. If you're making it ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
Conclusion:
Party chicken and pasta salad is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion.
