Grease a baking sheet with butter 5. Make 15 rounds using wet hands, and flatten each;drop rounds onto greased baking sheet 2" apart 6. With wet fingers or wet end of wood spoon make a hole in the center of each round 7. Bake +/- 1 hour until puffed up and golden brown
