1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons creamy mustard blend
1 1/2 tablespoons barbeque sauce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, SPAM® Classic, cheese, carrots, celery, bell pepper, and onion, then mix together well.
  • To make the dressing, use a small bowl and mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and barbeque sauce.

1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina or Western salad dressing

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add water and taco seasoning; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. , Rinse pasta in cold water and drain; place in a large bowl. ⅓ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste
2 teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ½ cups whole kernel corn
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup diced green bell pepper
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup chopped roma (plum) tomatoes

Steps:
