1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream

½ cup chopped celery

1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 teaspoon black pepper
4 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Cook rotini per package directions to al dente.

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup kalamata olive, pitted
¾ cup Radishes, stems trimmed, quartered and halved
4 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaf, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
2 tablespoons shallot, minced
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Steps:

  • Fill a medium pot ¾ of the way with water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Add the eggs and cook for 6½--7 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath in a medium bowl.
