This dish was a disappointment. The rice and orzo were overcooked and the vegetables were mushy. I would not recommend this recipe.

I found this recipe to be a little too complicated. There are a lot of steps involved, and it took me longer to make than I expected.

This dish was a little bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more herbs or spices to give it more flavor.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I really enjoyed this meatless dish. The vegetables were so flavorful and satisfying. I would definitely make this again, even if I was serving meat-eaters.

I used a different type of squash than the recipe called for, and it turned out just as well. This dish is very versatile, so feel free to experiment with different vegetables.

I added some crumbled feta cheese to this dish and it was amazing! The cheese added a nice tanginess that really complemented the other flavors. I would definitely recommend trying this variation.

I've made this dish several times now and it's always a hit. The flavors are so well-balanced and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. I love that it's a one-pot meal, too. It makes cleanup a breeze.
