PASTA WITH PINK VODKA SAUCE AND SAUSAGE
This is one that I adopted from Emeril. It's actually a recipe I've been making for years and then found his. I always use a great quality hot turkey or hot chicken italian sausage for this and find that it's just as good as the real deal, however, the true recipe calls for real hot italian sausage. I make it a bit spicier and usually serve this with penne or farfalle. If I don't spice it up too much, even my 2 and 4 year old love this one.

Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Fresh vegetables, good quality sausage, and a flavorful vodka will make a big difference in the final dish.
- Don't be afraid to adjust the recipe to your own taste. If you like it spicy, add some red pepper flakes. If you want it creamier, add more heavy cream.
- Cook the pasta al dente, according to the package directions. This will prevent it from becoming mushy when you add it to the sauce.
- Brown the sausage before adding it to the sauce. This will help to develop its flavor and prevent it from becoming greasy.
- Don't boil the vodka. Just simmer it for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off. This will leave you with a flavorful sauce that's not too boozy.
- Serve the pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and a side of crusty bread.
Conclusion:
Pasta with Pink Vodka Sauce and Sausage is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of creamy vodka sauce, savory sausage, and al dente pasta is sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a quick and flavorful pasta dish, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
