1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 butter cubed

Tips:

  • Use a variety of potatoes. This will give your salad a more interesting texture and flavor.
  • Boil the potatoes until they are just tender. Overcooked potatoes will be mushy and fall apart.
  • Cool the potatoes completely before adding them to the salad. This will help prevent the salad from becoming watery.
  • Use a light dressing. A heavy dressing will weigh down the salad and make it less refreshing.
  • Add some fresh herbs to the salad. This will brighten up the flavor and make the salad more vibrant.
  • Serve the salad immediately or chill it for later. Potato salad is best when served fresh, but it can also be chilled for up to 2 days.
